It is adjustable and has a clip to make it easy to get on and off your dog. Handmade from golden tan bridle leather with solid brass hardware and chain assembly, for a collar that will last a lifetime.
Use this collar as a gentle alternative to a choke, slip, or prong collar. You can also use it to transition a dog off of a prong/spike collar. Collar can be adjusted to sit snug and high on the neck for a firm correction, or loose and low on the neck for a gentler option.
Great for sight hounds and dogs who can slip out of regular collars. Since the collar tightens a couple of inches when leash pressure is applied, your dog won’t be able to back out of the collar.
You can also adjust the collar to fit your dog as desired with the special Conway Buckle. Easy to put on and take off with a durable clip—no need to slide it over the dog’s head, just snap the clip to the chain ring. The snap is very secure and will not come undone accidentally.
- XS 1/2” wide leather, fits up to 9-12” neck size (not for dogs under 15 pounds)
- Small 5/8” wide leather, fits up to 12-15” neck size
- Medium 5/8” wide leather, fits up to 15-18” neck size
- Large 3/4” wide leather, fits up to 18-22” neck size
Extra small and small sizes use a lighter weight chain with 3” of slack. Medium and large sizes use a medium weight chain with 4-5” of slack. For sizing, measure around the top of the dog’s neck, close to its head.
