Chilly Dog uses only 100% organic wool and all natural plant and fruit dyes in their hand knit sweaters. They do not use harsh chemicals during processing or plastic packaging in their transportation.

 

Chilly Dog business pratices support and facilitate healthy individuals, farms, commmunities and renewable resources. 

 

Their sweaters are made in the Northern Highlands of  South America by descendants of the Inca Indians. The Incas have handed down the craft of knitting through many generations. Chilly dog directly employs two families to knit their sweaters and practices within the guidelines of Fair Trade.
