Placing an order
Placing an order with Olive is easy. Just browse through our extensive selection of quality eco doggy goods and choose the item(s) you'd like to purchase. Add the item(s) to your cart and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
If you have questions about a size or about a particular product, please contact us for more information before placing the order.
Sales tax
Olive is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for purchases that ship to addresses within the state of Texas.
Payment methods
For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. All transactions are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to scramble credit card information.
Changing or cancelling an order
Once you click the "Submit Order" button, the fulfillment process begins. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Discount Coupons/Promo Codes
If you have a valid discount coupon/promo code, make sure to read the exclusions and instructions carefully. Please pay careful attention to the offer’s start and end dates.
Please note:Discount coupon/promo codes do not apply to sale items or gift cards.
How to use your discount coupon/promo code:
- When you've finished shopping you will see your items on the "Cart" page.
- At the bottom of the "Cart" page enter your coupon/promo code in the box and click "Submit".
- Your total will be recalculated with the amount discounted.
- Verify your code was applied before proceeding to "Checkout".
- Complete Billing/Shipping details and proceed to the Payment Page.
- Submit your order and enjoy your savings!
Redeeming eGift cards
To process your order using an Olive eGift card, enter your eGift card number when prompted at checkout.
eGift cards can be ordered in any amount between $25.00 and $1000.00. They will be delivered via email and there is no shipping charge for sending them. We accept only credit cards and check cards as payment for eGift card orders.
Buying an eGift card is easy:
- Go to our eGift Card page.
- Select your card.
- Complete the message information.
- Click the "Add To Cart" button.
- We'll send you email confirmation once you have placed your order.
By purchasing an Olive eGift card, you agree to and accept the following conditions:
- Olive is not responsible for inaccurate email addresses entered.
- Please ensure that the recipient's email address is active and accurate.
- Olive is not responsible for lost or deleted eGift cards.
Gift wrapping service
Yes, we can wrap for you! For $5.00 per item, choose a wrap and we'll do the rest. We'll even address the gift card for you.
Shipping & returns
Shipping methods & rates
Olive ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Olive uses "Best Price Shipping" to find the quickest and most affordable shipping & handling options for your order. Each order is calculated individually, factoring in the weight, size, and destination of your order. On the Checkout page you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges.
International/Overseas shipping
Olive ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Europe and Japan. Shipments to countries outside of the U.S. may incur delay due to handling of duty and customs. Duty charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Most countries charge customs duties and tax on items shipped from the U.S. Please check with your country's customs department for more information about these charges. These duties are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Duties and taxes are usually collected by the shipping company. Olive also ships to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping costs for beds & oversized items
Shipping and handling for all beds and other oversized items may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you if there will be any additional shipping fees.
Items shipped by a third party
On rare occasion items may be shipped directly from a product manufacturer or by a third party. You may receive separate shipments of your order if this occurs.
Returns & exchanges
We appreciate your business and want you and your pooch to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange, we will be happy to help you.
- All returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition and received by us within
14 days of the date of purchase. All tags must be attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Please complete this return/exchange form or the one included with your order.
- Sale items are final and non-refundable.
- Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit.
- The following items
cannot be returned or exchanged: customized, personalized or engraved items, toys, food, beds, perishable and grooming products.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.Please Note: Refunds can take up to two weeks to process.
- With beds and toys, normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet’s play is to be expected, and therefore not covered in our guarantee. We recommend supervised play for all toys

Custom-order policy
Please measure your pooch accurately; carefully proofread any names/information on engraved items as custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. Please note that tags and some custom-made items ship directly from our designers, so they may exceed standard ship times.
Recycled packaging
In keeping with our mission to help preserve the planet, Olive reuses shipping cartons and packing materials. If your shipping carton arrives looking like it's been used before-it probably has! New boxes and mailing envelopes are made of recycled post-consumer materials. We also use 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable peanuts to help protect your order during shipping.
