23.99ProDen PlaqueOff™ is a completely natural, veterinarian recommended dental product which helps reduce the bacteria in the mouth that causes tartar and plaque on tooth surfaces. Unlike topicals, ProDen works systemically in the gut. The active ingredient is a specially selected seaweed called ascophyllum nodosum, which is harvested from the cold, clean waters of Norway and Iceland. Completely natural, ProDen is free from artificial colors and preservatives and contains no gluten or sugar.
Unlike most other plaque control products that are applied directly on the teeth, PlaqueOff® Animal works systemically and comes in a powder that is sprinkled on your pet’s food. The natural compound comes out through the saliva and works to break down the bacterial biofilm that forms on the teeth and gums. It's this bacteria that typically colonizing in the mouth to create oral problems like plaque and tartar, bad breathe and gingivitis. Existing tartar becomes porous, loosens by itself or can be easily removed by brushing or cleaning. Improvements can usually be seen as early as after 3 to 8 weeks of use.
