Here is an easy way to get a clean, healthy, and conditioned coat through simple brushing. The BASS Wire and Boar Bristle Brush is specially designed to provide three levels of grooming: As you run the brush over your dog, the first side of the outer section of wire pins gently remove tangles and debris from the coat. The center section of boar bristles exfoliates dead skin cells, stimulates the production of natural oils and distributes the oils for a healthy and vibrant coat. The final section of wire pins now glides through the coat one more time to smooth out the now conditioned fur. So your dog gets a gentle massage that leaves her coat clean, shiny, and healthy.

The wood body is 100% Bamboo - one of the most sustainable resources and environmentally sound plants on Earth. It has a rapid regrowth cycle and yields 25% more than timber. Plus, it can be harvested with virtually no impact to the environment! The handle has rubber grippers to make it easy and comfortable to hold.

Caring for Your Brush Remove hair from your brush every time you use it. Hold the brush in one hand while grasping a comb in the other. If the comb has a pointed handle, hold the teeth (not the handle) and run the point of the handle through the bristles a few times to dislodge and remove any hair. Alternately, you can use the teeth of the comb to remove hair, raking them through the bristles and lifting the hair up and out. Discard the hair. Once a month or so, shampoo your hairbrush to remove dirt, oil, and any built-up hair products. Holding the handle, swirl the head of the brush around in a bowl of warm water. Next, put a few drops of gentle shampoo on the bristles of a toothbrush and use the toothbrush to scrub the bristles and base of the hairbrush. Rinse the brush by swirling it around in the bowl of clean water. Place the clean, wet brush on a dry towel with the bristles facing down to dry overnight. Tip: Don’t soak your hairbrush in water, as that could harm its cushion and any wooden parts.
